HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. For United Kingdom orders, transit will take an additional 7 to 12 business days.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING
Tracking numbers can take 1 to 3 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier may misplace an order. If your tracking number is still not working after a few days, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team for assistance.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER
Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. For Spain orders, transit will take an additional 7 to 12 business days.
If your order has not arrived after 15 business days (for domestic shipments), please contact our team. We are happy to assist you.
